Our rotary screen printing press holds multiple screens — each one carries a layer of your design's color, aligned perfectly for a crisp, professional result.
Each screen is coated with a photosensitive emulsion, then exposed to light with your design. This burns the artwork into the mesh — only ink passes through the design area.
A squeegee pulls ink across the screen, forcing it through the mesh onto the fabric below. This is done once per color — precision matters at every pass.
The shirt is placed flat on the press pallet. The screen comes down and ink is transferred directly onto the fabric — clean, vibrant, and perfectly placed.
Up close, you can see the fine detail our screens capture. Every letter, line, and texture in your design comes through with sharp accuracy.
Your artwork is digitized and transferred to a film positive, then burned onto the screen. No detail is lost — from simple logos to complex multi-color art.
